As a cutting tool, an emery disk 19 (FIG. 7) can be used, driven in motion and mounted on a lever 20 pivotally connected to a shaft 21 rigidly connected to a frame. The deflection roller E is installed below the emery disc 19 and enters the annular groove cut by this disc, the roller is located lower and as close as possible to the emery disc 19. In order to avoid dropping the disc 19 working under the force of gravity on the roller E at the end of the cutting operation a stop 23 is provided that is mounted on a frame and restricts the movement of the lever 20.
